Light the lights, The Producers are starting off the Orpheum's season with a bang! Mel Brooks' big Broadway musical, The Producers once again sets the standard for modern, outrageous, in-your-face humor. It is a truly "boffo" hit, winning a record 12 Tony Awards and wowing capacity crowds night after night!! A washed-up Broadway producer, Max Bialystock, and his mild-mannered accountant, Leo Bloom, create a scheme to get rich quick by producing the most notorious flop in the history of showbiz. It's a comic tour-de-force that spoofs the big, old-fashioned Broadway musical while paying tribute to it at the same time. You do not want to miss this hilarious adventure!
Ticket prices are $24.00 for adults, $22 for seniors/students, $18.00 for children (under 12)
Noises Off

Sunday, March 22nd & 29th at 2:00pm
"The Funniest Farce Ever Written" is how the New York critics described the awesome hilarity and mind-boggling mayhem of Noises Off. Noises Off is about a troupe of has-been, never-was, and wanna-be actors led by a somewhat pretentious and strained-to-the-breaking-point director. They are touring in a typical English bedroom farce called "Nothing On" through the hinterlands of the outer regions of Britain. As the show progresses from one town to the next, the little romances, intrigues, and foibles of the cast begin to wear on them until the play they were rehearsing has vanished into the mayhem of their personal and professional vendettas. This smart, witty, and hysterical comedy will have you in stitches this Spring!
Ticket prices are $24.00 for adults, $22 for seniors/students, $18.00 for children (under 12)
A Chorus Line

Sunday, May 3rd & 10th at 2:00pm
A Chorus Line, the musical for everyone who's ever had a dream and put it all on the line, comes to the Orpheum this May! Winner of nine Tony Awards and a Pulitzer Prize and the longest running Broadway musical originally produced in the United States, Michael Bennett's dazzling masterpiece, A Chorus Line, is the story of 18 hopeful dancers auditioning for eight chorus parts in a snapshot of the fierce desires and debilitating fears that performers face while enduring the process of auditioning for each job. A Chorus Line is a dazzling show: driving, compassionate, and finally thrilling. Please join us to celebrate the ups and downs, trials and tribulations, successes and defeats of being a performer in this American musical theatre classic!
Ticket prices are $24.00 for adults, $22 for seniors/students, $18.00 for children (under 12)

Saturday, August 8th & 15th at 8:00pm
Sunday, August 9th & 16th at 2:00pm
The Orpheum transports back to the "Age of Aquarius" with Broadway's first rock musical, HAIR! As a social commentary of our times, Hair provides an insight into the philosophy of the flower children of the 1960's. As one of the most successful of the rock musicals of all time, Hair explores the flower culture of joy in life and loving, irreverence towards society, and resistance to America's participation in war and in particular, their resistance to the wartime draft.
Ticket prices are $24.00 for adults, $22 for seniors/students, $18.00 for children (under 12)
